Data

Model data can be downloaded from two places on the website:

  • the Data page, for model inputs and outputs, including CSV files;
  • the Calibration page, for model setups, prepared as slices (see Calibration and contributions).

Being built

The Data page is being built. Until it is ready, it shows where published releases and regional downloads will appear. Meanwhile the API returns a layer's yearly series at a point, a region's map for a year as a GeoTIFF file, and every HRU's yearly values for a region as CSV.

Downloads

Downloads need an account. A download is made on request: it joins a queue and is packed as a ZIP file.

Downloads cover the regions and years of the live period.

A prepared download is removed 3 hours after it is ready, or 1 hour after the first download, whichever comes first. It can be requested again after that.

Observed river flow

Observed river flow at gauging stations comes from the Global Runoff Data Centre (GRDC) and from contributed observations. While the licence for the GRDC observations is being settled, observed values are shown only to signed-in users. Simulated flow and the model's fit at each station are public.
